Villas Georgy is a small complex, recently renovated, surrounded by a well-kept garden, planted with flowers and trees, where you may relax in the shade and children can enjoy carefree play for hours. The old town and the port are easily reached by car or a nice 15 minutes walk along the seafront road where plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops are.
The nearest beach is just 150 m. down the hill via a narrow foot path. In 5 to 10 minutes on foot or a few minutes' drive, you reach other sandy beaches with crystal clear waters, either organized with beach bars, or more isolated. The sun sets behind the mountains of Agios Fokas to your right, another great spot for a late afternoon visit.

“Villas Georgy” offers independent accommodation in 4 studios and 2 apartments, featuring refrigerator, TV, WIFI free of charge, air-conditioning, private WC/Shower and shady veranda with view to the gulf of Parikia, the ferries coming in and out of the port, the town of Parikia and the mountains. “Villas Georgy” provides change of towels and bed sheets every 4 days. At “Villas Georgy” you can enjoy quiet holidays next to the beach and not far from the town centre.

The air-conditioned studios are about 25m², with private WC/Shower, feature a living corner with kitchenette and  refrigerator, a sleeping area with 2 or 3 single beds and a balcony or veranda shaded by a pergola, with open views to the sea and the ferries coming in and out of the port, the town of Parikia and the mountains. Other room facilities  are  TV and  Wi-Fi free of charge



The air-conditioned apartments are about 50 m² for 3-4 guests with private WC/Shower and have a separate twin bedroom, a living-room with built-in sofa beds, a kitchen corner with refrigerator and a small room with up down climbing beds. The apartments feature also a veranda shaded by a pergola, with open views to the sea and the ferries coming in and out of the port, the town of Parikia and the mountains. Other room facilities are TV and Wi-Fi free of charge.
