Traditional Houses

The four "Traditional Houses" are located in a typical, quiet neighborhood of Parikia, in the heart of the old town, a 3 to 15 minute walk from the Market, the port, the main beaches, bus station & clubs. They have independent entrances and  are set around a communal courtyard with ancient olive, apricot, banana and orange trees. They are designed in the old-fashioned Cycladic style, built with traditional materials like stone, wood etc.

• The  Orange Tree about 50 m2 for 2-5 guests is  on two floors: The ground floor has an ample entrance hall, living room opening onto the courtyard  has a comfortable sofa that turns into 2 single beds and has also an armchair/single bed. The ground floor has also private WC/Shower and well-equipped spacious kitchen and a  narrow wooden stairs which lead to  a private double bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom on the upper floor. Air-conditioning is included in the living room and in the bedroom.

• The Lemon Tree about 50m2  for 2-5 guests with private WC/Shower is on the first floor of a traditional Parian Town house. It has a living room with a sofa that opens into 2 single beds and has also an armchair/single bed, also a double bedroom with a small balcony, with view to the pedestrian street and a outdoor staircase that leads to a roof terrace which  overlooks a courtyard and the village houses. The Lemon Tree features a kitchen with dining table. The main rooms have air-conditioning.
