The other 3 rooms are in “Villa Byzantino 90 with Jacuzzi” which is approximately 90 m2 and provides the Jacuzzi. “Villa 90 with Jacuzzi ” is on two floors with inside steps. The “Villa 90 with Jacuzzi ” has an interior courtyard with a barbecue and a small communal portable Hot tub (Jacuzzi) with sun beds and accommodates 2-6 guests as following on:.

The ground floor with private WC/Shower consists of a Living-Dining room with a sofa-bed and a small living room with single sofa bed. The modern kitchenette leads to the interior courtyard with sun beds and the small Hot tub (Jacuzzi)
Second floor
The second floor with private WC/Shower consists of one double bed room with refrigerator and a small bedroom with one single bed. It provides a verandah with views to the village of Lefkes and the magnificent church of Aghia Triada, whose bell towers are made of translucent Parian marble.

The “Villa Byzantino 90 with Jacuzzi” features elegant interiors, offers a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi free of charge, and provides bathrobes and slippers.

Meet Mr Dimitris Stavrakis
Mr Dimitris Stavrakis is the owner and manager of the Aegean Village Hotel and two more hotels in Paros island, Villa Byzantino Hotel in Lefkes Village Paros and Villas Georgy Hotel in Parikia paros.
Apart from his main occupation as professor of Economics in Greece and in the Sorbonne University, Paris, Mr Dimitris’s entrepreneurial restlessness and the urge to express the Greek traditional philoxenia led him to the creation of the Aegean Village Hotel which already counts almost 30 years in offering genuine Parian experience to its visitors.

The village of Lefkes, the ancient Capital of Paros is situated approximately 19 km from the domestic airport at Aliki and approximately 11 km from the port of Parikia and the cosmopolitan Noussa. The village of Lefkes lies on a hillside with pine forest and is surrounded by verdant olive groves, many olive trees are cultivated for some 2000 years. At 300 m above sea level, Lefkes offers breathtaking views over the island of Naxos. The well-known for environmental care and beauty with Blue Flag awarded beaches of Paros’s south coast are within 10 minutes driving distance.
The architectural richness, Lefkes’ historical inheritance, gives the village a special unique charm. Built like an amphitheatre, the typical white washed Cycladic houses appear, combined with Venetian mansions and picturesque dovecotes, overlooked along the hillside by ancient windmills. In appreciation of their architectural value, the renovation of these wind mills has begun. This beautiful scenery is dominated by the church of Aghia Triada, built in 1830 and whose bell towers are built with translucent Parian marble.
