The air-conditioned open plan Studio with private WC/Shower and balcony or verandah, opening onto the courtyard or facing the pedestrian street, features cooking facilities, refrigerator, sleeping area, living corner with built-in sofa/beds, safety box, Satellite TV, phone, Wi-Fi free of charge, the 3rd guest sleeps on the built-in sofa bed.

Below prices are without breakfast. Breakfast costs 13 euro per person/day.

Offers, Discounts & Cancellation policy

For the standard rate : Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within the 14 days before arrival, a  50% cancellation fee of the reservation total amount will be applied

Early booker rate plan :  An 8% discount will be applied on the standard rate in case you reserve 20 days or more before arrival date

7 night minimum stay :  An 8% discount will be applied for reservations longer than 7 days (60 days free cancellation period)
